You will then arrange to show your home and conclude a sale. You will provide your own documentation and use your own Attorney to effect transfer. Second Choice ~ 3% CommissionAll the options of the First Choice applies with the added benefit of VKP taking care of all the documentation and liaising with the Attorney to effect transfer.For clarity ~ Should we receive any enquiries and requests to see your home, we will then advise you and give you the details of the prospective Purchaser. You will then arrange to show your home and conclude a sale. The added benefit is that VKP steps in once you and a prospective Purchaser reaches agreement. VKP provides all the relevant documentation and will liaise with the Attorney to effect transfer. Third Choice ~ 4% CommissionAll the options of the First and Second Choices apply with the added benefit of a qualifiedperson to show your home for you. Once we receive enquiries we will arrange a visit to your home with the prospective Purchaser. Once agreement is reached VKP provides all the relevant documentation and will liaise with the Attorney to effect transfer. For clarity ~ VKP provides a full estate agents’ service from showing your home to effecting transfer of a concluded Sale. These prices exclude VAT BUYERS – all you need to do is complete the “Contact Us” portion and we’ll be in touch with you to arrange a visit to the apartment you wish to see.
